Capstone II

Catalog description

This is a continuation course designed for students to finalize their experiences gained during experiential learning opportunities to synthesize knowledge and experience in the form of a major writing project and defense. Students use a combination of synthesized evidence, empirical evidence, data collection and innovative problem-solving to answer a clinical nutrition, food systems management, public health or public policy question.
