Catalog description

This course is designed for students to apply experiences gained during experiential learning opportunities to synthesize knowledge and experience in the form of a major writing project. Students will use a combination of synthesized evidence, empirical evidence, data collection and innovative problem-solving to answer a clinical nutrition, food systems management, public health or public policy question.
