Catalog description

The first of two clinical dietetic courses provides students the foundational knowledge of the nutrition care process. Students have didactic and experiential learning opportunities in the area of clinical nutrition, including the application of the nutrition care process to provide medical nutrition therapy to treat and prevent chronic disease.
