Catalog description

This course focuses on care coordination of common acute and chronic health deviations and health promotion in the pediatric population from birth to adolescence. The course builds on knowledge and skills from courses in advanced health assessment, pathophysiology and pharmacology. Emphasis is placed on formulating diagnoses and plans of care that encompass client, family and coordinated systems of care.
