Catalog description
This course focuses on the evaluations, management and coordination of care for adolescent and adult clients with chronic health deviations within a variety of contexts. The course builds on the knowledge and skills from advanced health assessment, pathophysiology, and pharmacology and ethics. Emphasis is placed on formulating diagnoses and developing plans of care that encompass clients, families and community resources.
