This doctoral-level course explores authentic leadership principles and the role of ethics in leadership, with a strong emphasis on personal storytelling and narrative construction. Students will engage deeply with their own life stories, using them to understand and develop their leadership style, ethical decision-making and impact on others. The course integrates storytelling as a core leadership tool, empowering students to harness their personal and professional experiences in leading with integrity and authenticity in complex organizational environments.
