Principles of Coaching Methods

Catalog description

This course will focus on methods of teaching sport skills, organizing and running effective practices, evaluating athletes, and developing season plans based on long-term athlete development. Developing team culture, working with multiple stakeholders and creating a safe practice environment are also included. Overall, students will further develop core competencies in coaching practice and will gain practical experience in the field.
