Catalog description

This course will focus on the theoretical and practical applications of behavior change related to healthy lifestyles with an emphasis on physical activity. In addition, course content will include a detailed investigation into the psychological and environmental factors associated with adoption and maintenance of healthy behaviors including a regular physical activity program. This course is not open to students who have previously earned credit in KIN 305 or KIN 353 .
