Catalog description
This course introduces justice studies students to the origins, development and outcomes of global social movements. It involves a comprehensive approach, which entails an in-depth examination of the main theories explaining the rise of social movements, as well as an empirical focus on global dynamics of popular mobilization. Special attention will be devoted to the examination of the global justice movement.
