Media and Justice

Catalog description

This course will examine media constructions of justice. Students will be required to critically analyze the portrayal of justice issues in various media forms including television, internet and film. Attention will be given to the accuracy of such portrayals and whether they have any broader social implications in regards to how we view complex justice issues.
