This course provides the student with a basic understanding of environmental processes, pollution and control technologies. Grounded in ecology and systems thinking, ISAT 320 integrates classroom learning, field-based studies and laboratory analysis of field samples to explore local aquatic and terrestrial environments and contextualize them in broader scientific knowledge.
