Catalog description

The role, function and implementation of sensors, actuators and controls in open and closed loop control systems are explored and implemented in constant process flexible manufacturing systems. Programmable logic controllers (PLCs) are emphasized. The synthesis of automation technologies is realized by exploring physical mechatronic systems via hands-on lab experiences using real world equipment.
