Introduction to Asian American Literature

Catalog description

The course is designed to introduce students to a variety of writings by Asian American authors. It will explore the historical formation of Asian American identities; issues of immigration, citizenship and race; and the aesthetic forms of representation explored by Asian American writers and artists.
