Literary treatment of an organizing theme or approach appropriate to the 300-level. The topic may be framed as part of the human experience or within a tradition of studies in the humanities. Course content may include pertinent readings from other disciplines. Possible topics: Disease in literature, literature and the law, literature and psychology. May be repeated as course topic changes.
