Catalog description

This course focuses on the impact of hearing loss on human communication across the lifespan. Aural habilitation and rehabilitation procedures common to the 20th century are compared with today's trends and with projected advances expected for the 21st century.  Additional emphasis is placed on the role of aural habilitation and rehabilitation in an educational setting.
