Biological Research

Catalog description

Students pursue a lab or field research project in a selected area of biology with a faculty research mentor. This could be research techniques (lab or field), literature review or both. Students must contact and make arrangements with a supervising instructor in the term prior to registration. This course may be repeated, and up to 2 credits may be used to partially satisfy one upper level laboratory requirement for the biology major. This course is offered as credit/no-credit only.
