General Medicine for the Athletic Trainer Part II

Catalog description

This course is the second in a series of two courses designed to educate athletic training students on common medical conditions encountered in the physically active population. Emphasis will be placed on the identification, examination and clinical management of medical conditions affecting the immune, endocrine (including diabetes), neurological and dermatological systems as well as foundations of pharmacology and performance-enhancing substances.
