Arts Integration: Interdisciplinary Project Creation

Catalog description

This course is a capstone project that integrates earlier course content with the student's own form of interdisciplinary artistic expression. Students will develop a deeper understanding of the practicalities of artistic and design production through the completion of a project that will help them achieve broader career goals, such as a business venture, performance, exhibition or community project. Through experiential learning, goal setting and assessment, students will deepen their understanding of the arts and cultivate their own creative voices. Students will engage in discussions, peer critiques and feedback sessions to foster a supportive and collaborative learning environment.
