Catalog description
This course examines the role of digital technologies in contemporary printmaking, with a focus on lithography and silkscreen. Students explore how photography, graphic design and other 2D visual practices intersect with digital and analog print processes to produce original editions. Emphasis is placed on experimentation and integration of these methods to develop innovative approaches to layering, sequencing and replication within historical and contemporary visual culture.
