Catalog description

Continues to introduce the fundamentals of project management. Cost management, quality management, project resource management, communication management, risk management, procurement management, and project stakeholder management knowledge areas will be covered. Special considerations for agile/adaptive environments will also be included. Students will use simulation labs in this course. Offered: Fall Corequisites: PGM 2004 .
