Introduces the subject of project management, equipping students with the methodologies, tools, and skills essential for successful project leadership. Through hands-on assignments, students will learn to develop key project documents including a project charter, estimates, stakeholder engagement plans, and a project plan. The course also covers essential concepts in risk management and project performance evaluation, preparing students to manage real-world projects with confidence and competence. Offered: Fall.
