The detailed requirements of ISO/QS9000, TS 16949 quality systems are explored. Technique such as Failure Mode, Effects Analysis, Measurement Systems, Quality System Assessments, Production Part Approval Process, Advanced Product Quality Planning and Control Plan are reviewed.
