Introduces students to the building and configuration of CISCO IP Telephony infrastructure. Call Manager Express will be utilized, each of these voice exchange systems will be configured, and time will be spent determining when to best utilize each system in different situations. Offered: Fall Prerequisites: CPT 1620 , CPT 1410 .
