Topics covered include an introduction to information systems, systems planning, systems analysis, systems design, systems implementation, systems operation, systems support, and security. The course presents a practical approach using a blend of traditional development with current technologies. It uses "real world" case studies that promote critical thinking and student participation. Offered: Spring Prerequisites: At least one programming course.
