Predictive Analysis

Catalog description

An overview of the principles and techniques used in Predictive Modeling. Modeling techniques will include, but not be limited to prediction (regression, decisions trees, neural networks), association rules (market basket analysis), segmentation (clustering, K-Means algorithm), and text mining. CS 445 is cross-listed with MS 445 , and only one course can be counted for credit.
