Catalog description

This introductory course provides a comprehensive overview of the core principles of business finance, focusing on how organizations manage and allocate financial resources to achieve their goals. Key topics include financial statement analysis, time value of money, risk and return, asset valuation, and capital budgeting. Students will gain an understanding of the financial tools and techniques used by business firms to make investment and financing decisions, including working capital management, debt and equity financing, and cost of capital.
