Catalog description

This course addresses the stages of physical, cognitive, and social-emotional development of adolescents at the middle and high school levels from a global and multicultural perspective as well as the range of behaviors exhibited by adolescents during the secondary school years in order to facilitate better decision-making by educators related to the appropriate developmental and behavioral expectations for students at the secondary level. This course does not require Teacher Education Program eligibility.
