PREREQUISITES: Demonstrated competency through appropriate assessment or earning a grade of “C” or better in ENGL 024 Introduction to College Writing I or ENGL 093 Introduction to College Writing and ENGL 031 Reading Strategies for College I or ENGL 083 Reading Strategies for College or ENGL 095 Integrated Reading and Writing, or ENGL 075 Co-Requisite Reading and Writing. COREQUISITES: ENGL 093 Introduction to College Writing and ENGL 083 Reading Strategies for College or ENGL 095 Integrated Reading and Writing, or ENGL 075 Co-Requisite Reading and Writing. CATALOG DESCRIPTION: An introductory course that exposes students to the tools, methodology, processes, and design thinking required for effective experience design. Establishes a comprehensive mindset in students for the end users’ needs. Through case studies of a variety of real world projects, examines the practical application of experience design. Defines the field and various employment opportunities.
