Prerequisites:PARM 115 - Airway Patient Assessment Corequisites: Pre/Corequisites: Description:Credit hours: Lecture: 4.5 Lab: 1.5 Clinical: NA Total: 6 Contact Hours: Lecture: 4.5 Lab: 3 Clinical NA Total 7.5 Pulmonology, respiratory management and pharmacological interventions are covered in detail. Cardiology and dysrhythmia recognition relative to prehospital intervention are emphasized. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) or Advanced Life Support (ALS) certification must be earned during this course.
