Prerequisites: Corequisites: Pre/Corequisites:PARM 112 - Prehospital Pharmacology Description:Credit Hours Lecture: 2 Lab: 1.5 Clinical NA Total: 3.5 Contact Hours Lecture: 2 Lab: 3 Clinical NA Total: 5 The fundamentals of airway management including airway anatomy and physiology, assessment, management, ventilation, and suction are emphasized. General patient assessment, initial management including scene survey, initial assessment, resuscitation, focused/detailed exam, history, definitive field management, and re-evaluation are also introduced.
