PREREQUISITES: PRE/COREQUISITES: MTTC 101 Introducation to Machining COREQUISITES: CATALOG DESCRIPTION: This course introduces students to the fundamental principles and operations of surface grinding. Upon completion, students will demonstrate safe and effective operation of grinding machinery and the ability to produce precision-ground components. This course incorporates mandatory certification assessment for the National Institute of Metalworking Skills Grinding I certification.
