PREREQUISITE: COREQUISITE: PRE/COREQUISITE: COURSE DESCRIPTION: Gain knowledge of demand planning basics and demand planning’s role within an organization’s overall supply chain through this fundamental course. Includes presentations of the key elements of demand planning, its principles, its tools and techniques, contemporary approaches, metrics, and roles. Covers the interaction between demand and its external influences, order management, and inventory control. Teaches how to effectively communicate and manage demand. This course incorporates mandatory certification assessment for the SCPro Demand Planning certification.
