Prerequisites:Program Chair Approval Corequisites: Pre/Corequisites: Description:This course provides students with the opportunity to develop strong professional presence skills, such as communication, networking, interviewing, and ethical problem solving. In addition, this course will prepare students for a nationally recognized certification. Students will take the HVAC Excellence-System Performance certification. The System Performance Certification covers refrigerant charging, psychrometrics, combustion efficiency, and airflow tests the knowledge a technician has in the processes and procedures required to ensure HVAC systems are performing at maximum efficiency.
