Prerequisites: Corequisites: Pre/Corequisites:HVAC 120 Building and Property Maintenance I Description:Instruction will center on required record keeping, major appliance installation and repair, indoor temperature control systems, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment usage and maintenance, outdoor property condition and upkeep needs, chemical usage and storage, water analysis including building and recreational usage. ADA compliance and safety and liability topics will be discussed in this course.
