Environmental Management

Catalog description

PREREQUISITES: None. CATALOG DESCRIPTION: Introduces students to environmental management and environmental regulations of the EPA. Students will study OSHA and CFRs relating to the environment and different safety regulations published by NIOSH. Environmental enforcement will be discussed and how the government mandates and enforces rules. Students will be introduced to the treatment and disposal of toxic waste and management of weapons of mass destruction and biological warfare.
