Catalog description
Prerequisites: Corequisites: Pre/Corequisites: Description:This course is designed to introduce students to the healthcare environment and the expectations of them as healthcare professionals and as a team member. Students will develop the necessary skills for recognizing and providing excellent customer relations as a healthcare professional and as a representative of a healthcare provider. Utilizing various methods the student will develop an understanding and attitude of superior customer relations which is critical to success for a healthcare professional and as a representative of a healthcare provider.
