Catalog description

Prerequisites:Demonstrated competency through appropriate assessment or successful completion of the previous level course with a C or better and ESOL Advisor Approval. Corequisites: Pre/Corequisites: Description:Provides experience in recognizing and producing speech patterns of American English. Allows for conversational practice relating to academic and cultural subjects, with an emphasis on critical thinking skills expressed verbally. Gives the student ample exposure to language use from sources both in and out of the classroom. Presents language tasks requiring problem solving through the use of interpersonal communications. Advanced level following intermediate levels.
