PREREQUISITES: PRE/COREQUISITES: ENTR 215 - New Venture Development COREQUISITES: DESCRIPTION: This course focuses on turning innovative ideas into actionable ventures through product development and strategic launch planning. Students will design and build a prototype or minimum viable product (MVP) to demonstrate feasibility and market potential. Emphasis is placed on creating persuasive, audience-focused presentations and pitch decks that clearly communicate value, impact, and sustainability. Learners will also develop a startup launch and exit strategy, integrating operational, financial, and marketing components to ensure real-world readiness. By the end, students will finalize their business plan and take the final steps toward a successful launch.
