Prerequisites:ENTR 200 - Entrepreneurial Enterprise Corequisites: Pre/Corequisites: Description: This course provides an overview of the legal, operational, and technological aspects of managing and growing a small business. Students will study key business law concepts, including regulatory compliance, legal structures, and property agreements, to make informed decisions aligned with organizational goals. Theyll also cover buy/lease negotiations, insurance, logistics, technology use, risk management, and intellectual property protection. By the end, students will apply these legal concepts to the business they are developing to navigate legal environments and sustain long-term business success.
