PREREQUISITES: PRE/COREQUISITES: ENTR 100 - Entrepreneurial Mindset COREQUISITES: DESCRIPTION: This course provides an in-depth exploration of strategic and relational foundations essential for entrepreneurial success and the development of the entrepreneurial enterprise. Through tools such as the Lean Canvas and Business Model Canvas, learners will apply financial and market insights to design sustainable business models. The course also emphasizes customer journey mapping to uncover opportunities for engagement and improvement, alongside developing a strategic networking plan that leverages connections for business growth. Students will understand the importance of personal finance in relation to business finance while learning to validate business ideas for feasibility, market fit, and scalability. By the end of this course, students will develop a first draft of a business pitch deck for the business they are developing.
