PREREQUISITES: EECT 121 Electronics Circuit Analysis. CATALOG DESCRIPTION: Continues the study of bipolar transistors with additional circuit configurations including the emitter follower and the Darlington. Studies power amplifiers, amplifier classifications, unipolar transistors, and thyristors. Includes discreet FETs, SCRS, UJTs, oscillators, linear regulated power supplies, and switching regulators. Discusses frequency effects and response of amplifiers.
