Microsys Testing and Process

PREREQUISITES: PRE/COREQUISITES: COREQUISITES: DESCRIPTION: This course will use semiconductor and electronic devices to introduce automation, quality-assurance, and data analysis methods used in testing laboratories. Students will learn to integrate multiple instruments, acquire and process data automatically, and design complete test procedures using digital acquisition tools and related software. Topics will include automated I-V characterization, reliability and stress testing, statistical process control, and documentation of QA/QC.
