PREREQUISITES: Bachelor’s Degree and/or Career Specialist Permit CATALOG DESCRIPTION: Focuses on the study and application of psychological concepts and principles as related to the teaching-learning process grades 5-12. Topics covered include educational research methods, cognitive and language development, personal, social, and moral development, behavioral learning, motivation, effective teaching, and measurement and evaluation. This course is offered in an onlie eight week format and is for Career Specialist Permit Holders and/or Teachers renewing their licenses.
