Prerequisites:DMSI 120 Corequisites: Pre/Corequisites: Description:This course is a continuation of all materials covered in Abdominal Sonography I, II and III. Structures and systems covered are the musculoskeletal, gastrointestinal, lung and pleural, and neonatal brain, hips and spine. Normal, abnormal and pathophysiologic effects and the sonographic appearance of these are discussed. Sonographic guidance and interventional procedures and techniques will be covered. The sonographer’s role in these exams will be covered in this course.
