DENT 115 Preclinical Practice I and II (or DENT 113 Preclinical Practice I and DENT 114 Preclinical Practice II) and DENT 123 Dental Anatomy CATALOG DESCRIPTION: This introductory course focuses on the principles of administrative planning, bookkeeping, recall programs, banking, tax records, computer software, insurance, office practice and management as related to the dental office. Attention is given to techniques of appointment control, record keeping and credit and payment plans.
