CATALOG DESCRIPTION: This course covers the theory and practice of procedural criminal law and introduces the student to the laws of arrest, search and seizure, probable cause, due process, confessions, suspect identification and the many types of surveillances, all the while emphasizing important U.S. Supreme Court rulings based on the U.S. Constitution
