CATALOG DESCRIPTION: This course covers NCCER Project Supervision. It is a comprehensive, competency-based course that gives both veteran and new field managers a step-by-step approach to honing their natural abilities, developing essential skills, and generally improving their performance as leaders. Topics such as human relations and problem solving, safety, and quality control will be covered. The NCCER Project Supervision certificate and wallet card will be awarded upon successful completion of this course.
