Catalog description
Prerequisites: Corequisites: Pre/Corequisites: Description:Provides basic skills and fundamental knowledge in oxy-fuel welding, cutting, brazing and plasma cutting, gas metal arc welding, squeeze type resistance welding, exterior panel welding and I-CAR welding test preparation. This course is designed for auto service and body technicians. Emphasizes safe practices in ox-fuel and specific welding processes in the automotive body repair field. In addition, this course will prepare students to take a nationally recognized certification exam.
