PREREQUISITES: Program Advisor Approval PRE/COREQUISITES: COREQUISITES: DESCRIPTION: In this first of four cooperative education internship periods, eligible students apply classroom and lab learning in a sponsoring GM dealership to gain substantive, hands-on experience aligned with their career goals. Successful completion earns credit toward the Associate of Applied Science degree. Throughout the internship, students continue required modules in GM’s Center of Learning (service technician online training) and maintain preparation for nationally recognized ASE certification exams.
