Prerequisites: Corequisites: Pre/Corequisites: Description:Introduces the student to common definitions of the concept of quality. The student will explore the differences in quality assurance, quality control, continuous improvement and quality planning. The fundamental teachings of the foundational quality thought leaders will be examined (Shewhart, Deming, Juran, etc.)
